All have TV, A/C and full kitchens, and are a nice option for guests who don’t own a camper but want to join family and friends and enjoy the lake. The owner’s home is a beautiful 7 bedroom, 3 bath, 3600 sq ft home with a walk-out basement facing the lake. There is a robust equipment list with this sale, including pontoons, a Bobcat, a barge and more. Every piece of equipment needed to operate the campground is included in the sale. There have been many upgrades in 2024, including a new 40x80 shed. This has been a seasonal resort, but cabins 7, 8, and 9 are winterized and could lead to winter business.
