Lindsey Svir started in the mortgage industry in 2013.  She enjoys helping both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors find the best mortgage product available.

The mortgage business is something Lindsey takes very seriously. She earned the XINNIX Certified Originator (XCO) designation, which is a prestigious professional accomplishment held by less than one half of 1% of all mortgage professionals. This helps her focus on the best options of the many Valley Mortgage loan programs for clients.

Lindsey is a graduate of NDSU with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She was born and raised in Fargo, ND and currently resides in Moorhead, MN with her firefighter-husband and three children. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys spending summers at the family lake cabin, playing volleyball, and attending the many activities in which her children are involved.
